Who Am I?

A journey beyond labels, roles, and identity.

Yoga was the light that ignited my fire and imbued me with a sense of purpose. Like many, I was once a “broken person”, navigating life without a compass or true north. Through the inspiring power of yoga I have managed to reinvigorate my life.

This is what brought me to become a yoga teacher. Everybody attends a yoga class for a unique reason. Physical health, fitness, mental health, increased flexibility, the addition of a positive routine or simply to be part of a community. Whatever your reason is, I am here to assist you in achieving your goal and share what yoga has so graciously taught me.

I aim to help my students find a positive path and to support each individual on their journey. I love my job and this is why I do it so enthusiastically each and everyday.
